This home-study book (on CDROM or paper-back book) was designed to provide the necessary
12-hours of didactic education for nurses, nurse-midwives, and
nurse-practitioners as recommended by AWHONN and ACNM.
The book includes guidelines for the practice of sonography,
physics and instrumentation, as well as information that is included
in the obstetric and gynecologic examinations, as well as in conjunction with reproductive technologies.

For nurses and nurse midwives who would like to order this home-study course to obtain 12 hours of
continuing education credit. Credit has been awarded by the ACNM (2009/046  Exp. 10/2011), the CA Board of
Registered Nursing (PE 15114) and the Florida Board of Registered Nursing. This course can be completed on-line
or by mail.
